HR24 offers customized training and education. Forms adapted to what is the best and most effective learning for the client. Traditional training, workshops, web-based and otherwise. This may be implemented on site, with HR24 or elsewhere. HR24 meets demand and supply within a wide range of areas, from leadership, business, economics, law and sales to purchasing, logical and lean. HR24 also conducts skills inventory at the customer as part of customization, the needs and desires exists.

HR24 implements recruitment as a proven and cost-effective process. We customize the process. We can implement all the steps, or single. Our recruitment consultants can act as advisors or as project leader.
Outsourcing of HR function
HR24 takes care of all or part of the client’s HR function. Does including recruitment, staffing, registration, employee surveys, HR policies, manpower planning, training needs.
Web-based HR system
In the autumn we will introduce web-based HR system. We develop them in close collaboration with our customers.
